Stephen Edwards

Stephen gained 1,549 yards and scored 18 touchdowns as a senior at Duquesne High. He was also voted the most valuable player in Western Pennsylvania (WPIAL). As a freshman he averaged 5.5 yards from the fullback position. He was considered the best outside running threat, a crazy legged runner who contrasted with Ford the fluid type. He ran a 4.7 40 yard dash. Coming out of his freshman year it was said that he needed experience.
